   Stainless steel plates

Stainless steel plates are thick, flat steel products known for their excellent strength, corrosion resistance, and durability. They are widely used in heavy industries such as shipbuilding, pressure vessels, construction, and energy sectors.

1. Prime Plates

Our Prime Stainless Steel Plates are manufactured under strict quality control to meet international standards. With consistent thickness, flatness, and reliable mechanical properties, they are ideal for demanding applications such as structural components, pressure vessels, food processing equipment, and large-scale architectural projects that require premium quality.

2. Secondary Plates

We also offer Secondary Stainless Steel Plates as a cost-effective option for applications where minor surface imperfections or slight dimensional variances are acceptable. These plates may have minor scratches, dents, or cosmetic flaws but maintain functional strength and corrosion resistance, making them suitable for general structural supports, non-critical parts, and budget-oriented projects.

High-Quality Stainless Steel Grades for Diverse Applications

High-Quality Stainless Steel Products

We provide premium stainless steel grades, including 201, 202, 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 409, and 430, recognized for exceptional corrosion resistance and durability.

  • 201 & 202: Manganese-substituted austenitic stainless steels with lower nickel content, offering good corrosion resistance and cost-effectiveness. Widely used in kitchen utensils, sinks, architectural trim, and transportation equipment where moderate corrosion resistance is sufficient.

  • 304 & 304L: Ideal for general applications with optimal chromium (18–20%) and nickel (8–12%). 304L offers lower carbon for improved weldability and minimized carbide precipitation.

  • 316 & 316L: Enhanced with molybdenum (2–3%) for superior chloride corrosion resistance, perfect for marine and chemical environments. 316L provides lower carbon content for better weldability in corrosive conditions.

  • 409: Ferritic stainless steel with added titanium, known for good oxidation and corrosion resistance at high temperatures. Commonly used in automotive exhaust systems, mufflers, and applications where weldability and formability are essential.

  • 430: Nickel-free, resistant to nitric acid, widely used in kitchenware, dishwashers, auto parts, and construction.

All grades feature excellent mechanical properties, including high tensile strength, elongation, and hardness, ensuring reliability for diverse applications.
